SALMAN KHAN "MAN WITH THE GOLDEN HEART". BUT JUDICIAL SYSTEM?????

There has been a sarcastic environment in the corridors of Mumbai streets especially in the Mumbai high court, session courts, editorial pages of newspapers etc.. and everywhere else with a simple question that the limelight of glamour world can change the judgement? when will be the time that that these poor peoples, middle class peoples will get the justice against these rich people or so called higher society peoples.Like a coin which has two phase the same thing is happening with salman khan; one phase has totally came in the support that salman has not done any crime as "streets are made for dogs and not the place for the humans to sleep" whereas the other phase says that "salman is an icon and he has committed a crime and if we are going to show some mercy this will provoke more crimes" as said by the watch dogs of this judicial system. They have even not spare the opportunity to question on there own system of which they are also the part as, UJJAWAL NIKAM said,"even those days have not came where a poor people will find the justice against these rich people". But during every course of case we have not thought about the family of the victims and accused,What are they facing off?? or what will happen to them in the future.

We have learnt one thing from our childhood that if we commit any mistake then our life gives us second opportunity for expiation and if somebody needs us we should give our hand to support him.Then why not in case of salman khan. because he is a youth icon or something else we can't even think as a normal human.

Let us see what has happened till now in case of salman khan:-

These words are from the journals.''It is said that the persons who has money, power and popularity then he lives in a world whose intoxicating effect is more than that of powerful liquor which makes the man uncontrollable. This was something which has happened in the case of salman khan.He was fully drunked, not having the license and he was driving his land cruiser at a very high speed. The bodyguard of salman RAVINDER PATIL, a policeman, who has got the commando training tried to stop the salman but salman neglected him.According to Ravinder patil, salman was driving his car at the speed of 90-100 kmph then might be salman lost his control over the car or tyre got bursted we all do not know, it went over roadside pedestrian area where five people were sleeping and as a result one of them lost his life whereas other became handicapped. These people were first NURULLAH SHARIFF who died,second MOHAMMAD ABDULLAH SHEIKH, third MANNU KHAN,fourth MOHAMMAD KALIM IQBAL PATHAN, and MUSLIM NIYAMAT SHEIKH. According to Pathan statement, 'salman came out from the driver side and then he ran away without helping". On the very next day Ravinder patil reported this case and salman was arrested. and from then it took 13 years for the final judgement. During this course of years a number of incident happened, which are as follows:-

1. Salman's bodyguard RAVINDER PATIL was considered to be the prime witness.but after reporting the case he started living under pressure. Initially he stopped coming to the court because of the depression he was going on but what our judicial system did they summoned a warrant against him and he was arrested. Later he was mysteriously gayab or was kidnapped.He lost his job, he was developed with mental sickness, he started begging on the roads of mumbai and during that course he was caught with tuberculosis. A man who got commando training who was so fit got entrapped with several sickness lost his weight till 30 kg. and finally one day he lost his life in one of the government hospital.

2.During the trials were going on in the court, salman was asked to pay ten lakh rupess for the family of dead person and nine lakh for the family of injured and submit the amount in the court. But what our judicial system did ,'ask to family of affected ' they will better explain you. As they were not able to produce appropriate paper and court didn't recognize them also and finally there were no money given to them.

3. A number of tactics were used by the defense lawyer to save salman like they said that death of narulla sheikh was not during the accident by the car but it happened when the crane was removing the car from them and car falled and sheikh was dead on the spot another news came few days back that salman was no driving the car his driver was but during the accident the othersides of the car were jammed so salman came out through the drivers seat. we don't know how much is it true??

There is a great quotation that people change for two reasons:
Either they have learnt a lot or they have been hurt too much. AND in salman case we know that what has happened.
SALMAN STARTED AN NGO BEING HUMAN IN THE YEAR OF 2007,WHICH WORKS FOR PROVIDING EDUCATION,  HEALTHCARE SERVICES TO THE PERSONS WHO NEED HELP ESPECIALLY  FOR POOR PEOPLES.

For education being human has setup AKSHARA HIGH SCHOOL, ASEEMA, CAREER DEVELOPMENT CENTERS, etc.. and for health care services includes tretment of cancers,lethal diseases etc. there has been hundreds in number of successful operations which has given life to the childrens who were in the mouth of death. provided relief funds like in JAMMU AND KASHMIR last year and many anthropologist works.... and numbers counting + + + + + + +

So in my opinion the council of judges who are looking into the salmans case should also give a look to his works after the incidents of 2002. I don't say the life of an ordinary person has no values but we should also think that this man has given life to the number who were in the last stage of struggling with life. because every one deserves a second chance..
